ECommerce Day República Dominicana 2022
El pasado 25 de octubre, ecollect participo en el ECommerce Day República Dominicana 2022. Evento que reunió a los actores más importantes del comercio electrónico de Latinoamérica y que tuvo como eje central, entender las nuevas tecnologías que permiten una mejora en la competitividad de la economía de los negocios y empresas en América Latina.

Según cifras de Americas Market Intelligence, el Volumen del mercado de comercio electrónico en Latinoamérica, representa poco más de US $ 382 Mil Millones de dólares.
Brasil de estos representa el 51%, seguido de México con 16% y Colombia en tercer lugar con el 6%. Bolivia y República Dominicana de estos tienen poco menos del 1%. Entendamos el ECommerce como todos aquellos productos y servicios que fueron comercializados de manera digital, principalmente a través de un portal web.
El mismo estudio calcula un gasto per cápita de quienes hacen pagos digitales en Latinoamérica anual de $473 USD.
Sabemos que en la región el pago con efectivo sigue teniendo un volumen muy grande, sin embargo, el crecimiento de los pagos online enmarca la tendencia y es una realidad que hay cada vez más jugadores en el mercado en la línea Payment de la atmosfera Fintech.
La oportunidad se representa para las empresas que quieren ofrecer sus productos y servicios a través de internet, en habilitar para sus clientes más opciones de pago, que a su vez tienen una liquidez en muchos casos más rápida que el dinero en efectivo.
